What this site is, what it is not, and how we make money.
The straightforward version
harrdrx.com is an independent site covering HardRx and the men's health questions that surround it. We write the pages, we do not make the medication, we do not employ the physicians and we do not fill the prescriptions. When somebody buys after following a link from here, we may earn a commission. That is disclosed on every page that matters and it costs you nothing extra.
We have a commercial interest in your purchase. You should weigh what we write with that in mind, alongside advice from someone who actually knows your history.
What the product is
The idea behind HardRx is not complicated. Two of the most prescribed ED medications on earth have opposite strengths, and men routinely alternate between them chasing both. Putting both into one sublingual tablet ends the alternating. That is the whole proposition, and we have no interest in inflating it into something else.
What we are not
Our role is introduction and explanation. We do not practise medicine and we are not a clinic. The prescribing decision belongs entirely to independently licensed U.S. doctors, and filling it belongs to an accredited pharmacy. That distinction matters more than it sounds: we cannot approve anyone, we have no wish to be able to, and a physician declining a request is the safeguard functioning rather than failing.
Credentials behind the service
LegitScript certified
An independent certification granted only to healthcare merchants that pass a review of their licensing, their claims and their business practices.
PCAB accredited pharmacy
The dispensing pharmacy holds accreditation from the Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Board — a voluntary programme involving an on-site inspection rather than a paperwork exercise.
Independent U.S. physicians
Every assessment is read by a doctor holding a current licence in the state you are ordering from, under whatever telemedicine rules that state applies.
Dispensed domestically
Medication is prepared and posted inside the United States, in packaging that identifies nothing at all.
How we try to write
- Mechanism before marketing — if we cannot explain why something works, we leave it out
- No invented testimonials, and no review markup until there is something real behind it
- No borrowed press logos and no implied endorsements we cannot document
- Side effects and contraindications stated plainly rather than buried
- Corrections made when we get something wrong, rather than quietly deleted
Where the medical facts come from
Product specifics — the actives, the sublingual format, pricing, shipping and the physician review process — come from the operator's own published material. General physiology and pharmacology come from standard clinical references. Where something is uncertain or varies between individuals, we say so instead of rounding it into a promise.

Before you order
Take the dose you were prescribed and no more than one in any 24-hour period. HardRx is unsuitable alongside nitrate medication and with several heart conditions. Most side effects are mild — headache, flushing, a blocked nose, some light-headedness. None of this replaces a clinician who knows your history; read the full safety information first.
