Order, billing and delivery
Anything to do with an existing order — tracking, a card charge, a cancellation, a refund, a parcel that has not arrived — is handled by the merchant's customer service team, who can actually see your account. We cannot.

Prescriptions can currently be written in AL, AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI and WY. Eligibility is confirmed at checkout, and the list changes as licensing changes.
In an emergency
Do not use this form. Chest pain, sudden vision or hearing change, or an erection lasting beyond four hours all need immediate medical attention — call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Before you order
Take the dose you were prescribed and no more than one in any 24-hour period. HardRx is unsuitable alongside nitrate medication and with several heart conditions. Most side effects are mild — headache, flushing, a blocked nose, some light-headedness. None of this replaces a clinician who knows your history; read the full safety information first.
