Privacy Notice
What this website collects, why, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
1. What this covers
This notice describes how harrdrx.com handles information gathered through this website. It does not cover the merchant's checkout, the prescribing practice or the dispensing pharmacy. The moment you follow an order link you are somewhere else, and that destination's own privacy policy governs everything you enter there — health information and payment details included. None of that reaches us.
2. What you choose to give us
We collect information only when you send it. In practice that is the name, email address and message submitted through our contact form, and an email address if you join the mailing list in the footer. We never ask for medical history, prescription details, date of birth, government identifiers or card numbers anywhere on this site, and we would rather you did not include clinical detail in a message to us.
3. What is collected automatically
As with most websites, our server and analytics record technical information whenever a page loads: IP address, browser and version, operating system, device type, screen size, referring URL, pages viewed, and the time of the visit. We use this in aggregate to understand traffic, find broken things and improve the site. We do not use it to identify individual visitors.
4. Cookies
We use a small number. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working. Analytics cookies count visits and show which pages get read. Affiliate tracking cookies record that a visitor reached the merchant from here so any commission is attributed correctly; these usually expire after a limited period.
Browsers allow you to block or delete cookies, and analytics providers publish their own opt-out tools. Blocking some cookies may change how parts of the site behave. We honour Global Privacy Control signals where our systems can detect them.
5. What we do with it
We use what we hold to answer messages you send; to send updates if you asked for them; to measure and improve the site; to attribute affiliate referrals; to detect fraud, abuse and security incidents; and to meet legal obligations. We do not use it for automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects.
6. We do not sell it
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are used in California law. We share it only with service providers acting for us under contract — hosting, email, analytics, the affiliate network — and where the law, a court order or a valid governmental request requires it, or where it is necessary to protect rights, property or safety. If the business changed hands, information could pass to the successor under these same commitments.
7. How long we keep it
Contact form messages are kept for up to 24 months so a conversation can be picked up again, then deleted. Mailing list addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained in de-identified aggregate. Server logs rotate out after a short operational period.
8. Your rights
Depending where you live you may have the right to know what we hold about you, to receive a copy, to have inaccuracies corrected, to have it deleted, to opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither), and not to be treated worse for exercising any of these. California residents hold these rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, and residents of several other states hold comparable rights under their own laws.
To exercise one, email [email protected] with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We verify through the email address on file and reply within the period the applicable law allows. An authorised agent may act for you with written proof of authorisation.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and we apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to what little we hold. No transmission or storage method is perfectly secure, so no absolute guarantee is possible. Because we deliberately collect no health or payment data, the information at risk here is minimal by design rather than by luck.
10. Children
This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.
11. Do Not Track
Browsers vary in how they send Do Not Track signals and no agreed standard exists for responding, so we do not currently act on DNT headers. We do act on Global Privacy Control signals where they are detectable.
12. Changes
We may update this notice as our practices or the law change. Material changes are reflected in the revision date at the top. It is worth re-reading occasionally.
